Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Todd D. Holmes, 29, was tragically killed on Wednesday, March 14, 2007 when his patrol car collided with an eighteen wheeler on Highway 59 near Marshall, Texas. Trooper Holmes is survived by three young sons and his wife, Stephanie, who is pregnant with a little girl.
